Wild Writing: Coming Back to Self (In Person)

$200.00

LADIES:

If you are balancing a full life right now, you know how easy it is for your own voice to get lost in the daily noise. You sit down at your computer to focus, but the endless demands hijack your energy. You want to take a step back, catch your breath, and figure out your next right steps, without the pressure to perform, fit in, or meet everyone else's expectations.

Between managing a growing team, running a business, raising a family, and holding it all together, the constant pull in a million directions can leave you completely depleted. And you just want some time to reconnect with yourself, to connect with others, and to breathe.

Wild Writing: Coming Back to Self was created as a grounded, steady container to help you clear out the noise, sink in, and reconnect with your inner knowing in a structured, intentional way.

This experience is NOT just for writers. In fact, you don't need any writing experience at all! Writing is simply the tool we use to bridge the head and the heart, quiet the chatter, and give you space to see what is waiting just beneath the surface.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Whether you are an entrepreneur, business owner, leader, or simply a woman navigating a busy season of life who is craving space to breathe, this four-session in-person series offers a sanctuary to drop the weight and recharge.

Each session begins with poetry and guided prompts, followed by uninterrupted pen-to-paper writing time (journal and pen will be provided - we don’t use screens). Afterward, we gather in circle to read aloud and listen deeply.

  • We Write in Community.

  • We Listen Collectively.

  • We Share Courageously.

Here’s the thing…there is no critique, no fixing, and no performing. Just a safe, compassionate environment where you show up exactly as you are, with no judgment and no pretense.

WHY THIS PRACTICE?

I have practiced this modality for over a decade and recently completed an intensive six-month facilitation training. Putting pen to paper has always been my way of moving past the noise so my true voice can show up. Listening to other women share their raw, real stories reminds us that we aren't walking this heavy, beautiful path alone.

“SHE BELONGS” — a Wild Writing piece I created in the parking lot just before skiing - because, once you have the tools, the HEAD/HEART CONNECTION CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE

“MY STARFISH” - based on the poem, “Starfish” by Eleanor Lerman, this Wild Writing piece helped me gain clarity about my own next steps.
