LADIES: this eight-session, in-person writing experience is designed to help you move past the inner critic and reconnect with your authentic voice.
This welcoming cohort is for women of all levels, including those who have never thought of themselves as writers. There is no fixing, judging, or performing. Here, it’s only honest, embodied writing that moves beyond journaling and into meaningful story. Together.
This is not a class about technique, structure, or “writing better.” In fact, if you’re NOT a writer, it’s the perfect place for you to drop into the creative and healing practice of connecting head to heart to gut, letting the words come from a deeper, truer place and then listening to others for even deeper connections.
I will lead you through each session with carefully curated poetry readings, and jump-off lines, so you can have uninterrupted pen-to-paper writing time (no computers), followed by all of us sharing our work aloud. In this circle, we all write. We all share. We all listen.
We practice deep listening, to ourselves and to one another. We learn to stay with the writing even when it feels tender or unfamiliar, to soften the need to sound impressive, and to trust the quiet, intuitive voice within all of us.
This cohort is open to women of all levels, including those who have never picked up a pen with intention. Together, we create and hold a safe container where we honor honesty and meaningful connection.
This is not about performance, entertainment, or worrying about how our writing sounds, or if it even makes sense. Instead, it’s about creating the soft, safe, comfortable space to let down our hair, let loose of our inhibitions, and drop into our creative. Together.
