Welcome to
Finding Your Way Back to Yourself
If you’re here, chances are you’ve felt the exhaustion of living in survival mode, stuffing your emotions, or performing strength for everyone else while losing touch with your authentic voice.
Finding Your Way Back to Yourself is a 26-week guided transformation taking place across video micro-moments on social media and right here on this site. Going chapter-by-chapter through my memoir, The Starfish Chronicles, we blend raw backstories, outdoor movement, somatic body awareness, and journaling tools to help you unlearn silence, listen to your intuition (glimmers), and wake up your inner Warrior Woman.
Whether you're following along week-by-week with our social media community or exploring these tools on your own timeline, this space is your sanctuary to slow down and reconnect with your inner truth.
Before you dive into each week’s journal prompt, set yourself up for an unfiltered, honest release. This practice is entirely for you, so leave perfection and inner criticism at the door. YOU’VE GOT THIS!

to Help You Find Your Way Back to Yourself

What if I were to tell you…
-
If my mind let my heart speak, it would tell me…

Right now, what I need most is...

How to Journal
A Simple Guide
Grab Your Tools: This includes a piece of paper and an actual pen. (Put the screens away. There is profound neurological power in ink on paper.)
Set Your Intention: Write this week’s prompt at the top of your page. Set your watch or phone timer. Start with three minutes and increase your time by one minute every week. Take a deep breath and exhale. Breathe in one more time, and capture a word or a feeling that you’d like to explore during this journaling exercise.
Keep the Pen Moving: Start the clock and let your pen move across the paper for the entire time without stopping.
Write whatever comes up, no matter how silly or ridiculous.
If you get stuck, simply write the prompt again and keep going!
Don’t worry about grammar, spelling, or whether it even makes sense.
Read & Somatic Check-In: When the timer ends, read back what you wrote out loud to yourself. Notice what happens in your body when you hear your own words spoken. Finally, circle any words that stand out, repeat, or make you pause. What surprised you? What ignited you? And, where did you see your authentic voice shine through?
